Online Title Search and Closing Orders

You may order a title search or closing directly through our website by filling out the form below. If this is a purchase closing, please also fax or email a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Once we receive your title order, we will then contact each party directly to obtain other confidential information, such as Social Security numbers, mortgage account information, homeowner’s insurance policies, and other information necessary to complete the closing. All  personal information is held in strict confidence by us, and will be used solely for the purposes of your closing.
